Objective:parovarian cysts resection operation of the feasibility of minimally invasive treatment of parovarian cysts, summarize the surgical strategy. Methods:in my hospital in2010July to2012July treated48patients with parovarian cysts laparoscopic excision operation, the retrospective case analysis, and my courtyard in2009100cases treated by conservative therapy before laparotomy operation parovarian cysts excision were compared between the two, the operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative from anus exhaust time, hospital stay, postoperative recovery time, postoperative complication rates, analgesic use indexes.Results:laparoscopic than open excision of ovarian cysts, safety and clinical curative effect is better, a shorter hospital stay, less bleeding, postoperative patients as soon as possible anal exhaust, comfort is better, but the cost of hospitalization is high, a low rate of complications and postoperative analgesic medication use less.Conclusion:compared with traditional open surgery, laparoscopic resection of parovarian cysts therapy, a small wound, fast recovery, exhaust quickly, less bleeding, less complications, shorter hospitalization time, laparoscopic parovarian cysts resection is a safe and feasible treatment means, should be popularized in clinical.Should be in the treatment of parovarian cyst as conventional preferred surgical therapy treatment.
