Objective:This study was performed to detect non small cell lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC,) changes of CEA,CYFRA21-1and CA125level in the serum of patients before and after radiotherapy, to explore the relationship between the efficacy of radiotherapy of NSCLC. Method:To analyze in our chest radiotherapy secco admitted Ⅰ~Ⅳ period without surgical indications or sign of surgical treatment of predominantly squamous and adenocarcinoma and the110patients with NSCLC treated with radiation therapy as the research object, try using the serum level of CEA and CA125detection, CYFRA21-1change (cut off point CEA>3.4ng/ml, CYFRA21-1>3.3ng/ml, CA125>35u/ml), collected the clinical data, through the changes in serum levels of CEA, CA125, CYFRA21-1contrast before and after radiotherapy and correlation. Results:The positive rate of serum CEA, CYFRA21-1and CA125in NSCLC patients was significantly higher than patients in squamous cell carcinoma; There was no significant different in the positiue rate of serum CEA,CYFRA21-1and CA125between stage III and IV NSCLC patients; before and after radiotherapy in patients with NSCLC serum CEA had no significant decrease (P=0.792), the concentration of CYFRA21-1significantly decreased (P=0.016), the concentration of CA125decreased obviously (P=0.038);CEA decreased by3.61ng/ml after radiotherapy, in patients with effective radiotherapy group it decreased42.71ng/ml, while in patients with no effect group it decreased-36.90ng/ml (P=0.004); CYFRA21-1decreased4.14ng/ml after radiotherapy, the radiotherapy valid drop13.24ng/ml, is decreased in-2.4lng/ml (P<0.001); CA125decreased by57.75U/ml after radiotherapy, the patients radiotherapy effective fall119.44u/ml, is decreased by13.41u/ml (P<0.001); The pstients radiotherapy eduction ratio to predict the optimal cut-off point CEA、 CYFRA21-1and CA125to predict effect after radiotherapy wene13.10%, CYFRA21-1reduction ratio to predict the optimal cut-off point treatment was24.24%after radiotherapy CA125reduction ratio to predict the optimal cut-off point of treatment was12.09%; Conclusion:The positive rate of serum CEA、CYFRA21-1and CA125was related to pathological characteristics and stage; The changes of serum CEA, CYFRA21-1levels can be used to evaluated NSCLC radiotherapy effect.
