Objective:This study explores cytokeratin 19 fragment protein(CYFRA21-1), sugar chain(CA125) and D-dimer(D-D) levels in patients who have non-small cell lung cancer expression characteristics and nalysis their clinical significance in differential diagnosis. Methods:I collected the qinghai university affiliated hospital in March 2014 to December 2015, 90 cases of inpatient and outpatient medical patients. Those people who diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer 30 cases,30 cases confirmed pulmonary benign tumor and 30 cases of healthy control group. Immunized with electrochemical luminescence technology test of three groups of people and CA125 CYFRA21-1 two kinds of the content of serum tumor markers. I adopted immune turbidimetric method detection of plasma D- D levels of three groups of cases. I compared group of patients with lung cancer and lung benign tumor patients and healthy people three levels of test statistical differences. I compared non-small cell lung cancer group a CYFRA21, CA125, and the sensitivity of the D- dimer, specific degrees and accuracy, by comparison, the differences between the two in combination with combined.Results:1 Non-small cell lung cancer group, serum CYFRA21-1, CA125 levels, and plasma D-dimer values were higher than in lung benign tumor group and healthy control group(P < 0.05), plasma D- dimer and serum CYFRA21-1, the content of CA125 in lung benign tumor and there was no statistically significant difference when compared to healthy group(P > 0.05). 2 Non-small cell lung cancer group, CA125 and serum CYFRA21-1 single detection of plasma D- dimer, its sensitivity was 53.3%, 60%, 46.7% respectively, the specific degrees were 91.7%, 88.3%, 86.7%; Accuracy is 78.9%, 78.9% and 73.3%, respectively.3 Non-small cell lung cancer group, the plasma D-dimer and serum CYFRA21-1 joint detection sensitivity is 86.7%; Serum CA125 and plasma D-dimer of joint detection sensitivity is 80%; Serum CYFRA21-1 with CA-125 joint detection sensitivity is 90%; As much as 93.3% of the combined detection sensitivity, two and three joint compared with separate detection sensitivity, was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Plasma D-D, serum CA125, CYFRA21-1 joint detection can improve the sensitivity of the early NSCLC and varying degrees of positive rate, calculated the three measurements of joint detection for early diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer.
