Objective:Comparison of different ratio of PVA composite scaffolds odor induced rabbit cartilage in vitro and in vivo into cartilage.Method:(1) by collagenase enzyme digestion and mechanical separation can successfully get the rabbit chondrocytes;(2)in the case of without inducing factor, PLGA-HA-PVA composite scaffolds can be used as cell scaffold promote cartilage cell proliferation, PVA, the ratio of15wt%,5wt%HA,30wt%of PLGA composite scaffold for cell scaffold;(3)In the case of no added inducing factor, PLGA-HA-PVA composite scaffold/rabbit chondrocytes complexes can ectopic proliferation in mouse skin, where the ratio of15wt%PVA,5wt%HA,30wt%PLGA in composite scaffold bracket better.Results:(1)by collagenase enzyme digestion and mechanical separation can successfully get the rabbit chondrocytes;(2) in the case of without inducing factor, PLGA-HA-PVA composite scaffolds can be used as cell scaffold promote cartilage cell proliferation, PVA,the ratio of15wt%,5wt%HA,30wt%of PLGA composite scaffold for cell scaffold;Conclusions:Without the addition of inducing factors PLGA-HA-PVA composite scaffolds in vitro and in vivo to advance ectopic rabbit chondrocyte proliferation, in which the ratio of15wt%PVA,5wt%HA, the effect of30wt%PLGA scaffolds for the better.
