Objective:Through the review of the intracranial pressure monitoring results to the aneurysm subarachnoid hemorrhage patients, exploring the change of the intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, and exploring the consequences of this change, and then better improve the prognosis of the patients.Method:Select the patients who proceed the intracranial aneurysm craniotomy occlusion surgery from April2012to April2013in the writer’s departments, and remove the aneurysm bleeding patients, all the patients proceed the CT and CTA or DSA to make sure the aneurysm bleeding situation, and all the patients proceed the intracranial aneurysm craniotomy occlusion surgery, and place the intracranial pressure probe in the surgery. Detecting the intracranial pressure, and recording the intracranial pressure of drilling a hole, with bone flaps in the surgery, and postoperative for the first day, the third day, the fifth day and the seventh day.Result:The preoperative patients of Hunt-Hess Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ grading’s average intracranial pressure are respectively22,28and40mmHg, the time when the patients’intracranial pressure returning to the normal levels are respectively1-3says,3-5days and about7days; The preoperative patients of Fisher Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ grading’s average intracranial pressure are respectively20,28and38mmHg, the time when the patients’intracranial pressure returning to the normal levels are respectively1-3days,5-7days and about7days. Conclusion:Patients with SAH changes of intracranial pressure and Hunt-Hess classification show positive correlation, the Fisher grading’s increasing the intracranial pressure has a rising trend, the higher the preoperative patients’Hunt-Hess grading and Fisher grading are, the longer the time of the patients with intracranial pressure returned to normal range of intracranial pressure are, the higher the preoperative patients’ Hunt-Hess grading and Fisher grading are, the longer the duration of high cranial pressure are, proceed the intracranial pressure monitoring to the patients with preoperative Hunt-Hess grading and Fisher grading have important guidance meaning to the clinical treatment.
