The Clinical Study Of Jie Yu Zhi Tong Decoction For The Treatment To Stagnation Of Liver Qi Of Functional Anorectal Pain

Background:Functional Anorectal Pain (FAP) is a kind of functional gastrointestinal disorders characterized by idiopathic pain around The rectum and anal.The etiology and pathogenesis of FAP is not clear, and lack of effective study in clinical.This study by observing modified Jie Yu Zhi Tong Decoction effect in the treatment to Stagnation of Liver Qi of FAP. With the increasing morbidity and deep public sense of the diease in recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has made some progress on the pathogenesis of and clinical research of FAP.This study observed the clinical effect of this decoction in the treatment of FAP,and prove that traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages.Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jie Yu Zhi Tong Decoction on the treatment of FAP and finding for appropriate treatment for promoting the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of FAP.Method:40patients with Stagnation of Liver Qi of FAP were randomly divided into control group20cases, treatment group20cases/Treatment group useing Jie Yu Zhi Tong Decoetion,Control group using Chai Hu Shu Gan powder, taken twice one day,2weeks of a course.Respectively to observe VAS score every day;Before and4weeks after treatment respectively recorded in two groups with SF-36scale score;before and2weeks,4weeks after treatment syndromes recorded in TCM syndrome indices,at the same time observe the adverse reaction.Results:Comparison of the overall results:Treatment group total effectiveness100%,better than the control group,45%,By chi-square test,P=0.000,there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Before and after1and2week treatment,the VAS score average have no difference between the two groups (P>0.05); In3weeks,4weeks after treatment,two groups of VAS score statistically significant (P<0.05).there is no difference between the two groups about SF-36score (P>0.05)before treatmentthere is difference between two groups around the SF、VT、MH、BP(P<0.05) after treatment.Before the treatment, two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome quantitative score no difference (P>0.05);2weeks and4weeks after treatment, the treatment group of TCM syndrome score improved more significantly than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jie Yu Zhi Tong Decoction not only has obvious advantages in improving the symptom of anal pain,but also have a effect in improving the quality of life of patients and associated symptoms.
