| Objective:To explore the value of ultrasonography in manipulative therapy in different types of CMT the curative effect of observation。Methods:Retrospective analysis of46cases confirmed by clinical and ultrasound were performed before and after the treatment of children with uniform thickening type and mass type CMT SCM thickness change and the comparison between the clinical curative effect judgment, to observe their correlation.Results:In46cases,22cases of uniform thickening type, technique treatment the total effective rate was90.9%, ultrasonic observation coincidence rate89.5%;24cases of tumor type, technique treatment the total effective rate was91.7%, ultrasonic observation coincidence rate was90.9%.Conclusion:Ultrasound for the thickness of the different types of children with CMT SCM observe the standardization study of the manipulative therapy of CMT is of great significance, to provides an accurate and quantitative indicators in the the manipulative therapy of CMT. |
