| Objective:1.To research the calretinin for the clinical diagnosis ofHirschsprung’s disease within3months infant.2.To follow up the patient,which underwent trans-Anal rectum col-onresection and oblique anastomosis within3months and evaluate thetherapeutic efficiency.Method:1.Collected all the medical data of the patients within3months whichwere diagnosed with Hirschsprung’s disease in the neonatal surgerydepartment of our hospital from2008to2012.Followed up the patients whounderwent trans-Anal rectum colon resection and oblique anastomosis.Collected19index contained growth and development level, defecationfunction, to evaluate the anal rectum function and quality of life.2.Collected rectal suction biopsy result of the patients within3monthswhich were diagnosed with Hirschsprung’s disease and treated by operationin the neonatal surgery department of our hospital from2010to2013. Result:There were124patients with Hirschsprung’s disease,the preoperativediagnosis was based on the typical medical history, physical examination,and special auxiliary examinations.The special auxiliary examinationsincluded barium enema, anorectal manometry and rectal suction biopsy,thepositive rate were81.4%,94.1%and98.3%respectively.43patientsunderwent colonstomy surgery,81patients underwent trans-Anal rectumcolon resection and oblique anastomosis.46out of81patients werefollowed up successfully, no stubborn constipation and incontinenceoccurred,1case had postoperative enterocolitis,2cases had defile feces,1case had fecal frequency, all male children had penile erectile phenomenon,the growth and development level was appropriate compared with normalinfants and young children.15cases underwent stool routine, blood routine,liver and kidney function tests,which were in normal range. Barium enemashowed all children with intestinal morphological recoveredwell.11patients underwent anorectal manometry,9of them had RAIRrecovered,1case had no RAIR,1case partially recovered.There were102cases from2010to2013underwent the rectal suctionbiopsy,100of them without ganglion cells and CR was negative,2of themcould see the ganglion cells and CR was positive.Conclusion: 1.Typical medical history and physical examination, special auxiliaryexaminations can help diagnose Hirschsprung’s disease within3months.The special auxiliary examinations include barium enema, anorectalmanometry and rectal suction biopsy,positive rate are81.4%,94.1%and98.3%respectively.Calretinin can be used as a―golden standard‖todiagnose Hirschsprung’s disease within3months before operation.2.Trans-anal rectum colon resection and oblique anastomosis isappropriate to the patients within3month, with low rate of Postoperativecomplications. |
