Objective:Malignant peritoneal effusion is one of the common complications of cancer. The emergence of peritoneal effusion, the serious influence the patient’s quality of life and prognosis of disease. Objective evaluation through randomized controlled clinical research, this study flavored LanDouFeng disappear soup treatment the curative effect of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type cancerous ascites, mainly observe its influence on clinical symptoms and quality of life, and to observe its safety. To combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in patients with cancerous ascites to make a preliminary discussion, to develop effective in the treatment of liver and kidney Yin deficiency type cancerous ascites provide some basis for Chinese native medicine preparation, and to optimize the middle-late cancerous ascites clinical research basis was provided for treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:40cases of patients in hospital (April,2012-March,2013) from Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Jiangsu Cancer Hospital. Divide them into two groups: treatment group and control group. Patients sequence number (1-40), using a random-number table method randomization. The control group only taked indomethacin suppository for symptomatic treatment; treatment group daily taking the Yangyin Qingre Prescription, and-combined with indomethacin suppository symptomatic treatment. Efficacy endpoint (main symptoms and signs:body temperature; KPS) and safety indicators (blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, ECG, liver function, kidney function) evaluation of drug efficacy and safety. Results:The two groups of patients was, respectively, after treatment, which treatment group the total effective rate of65%,55%in the control group, the chi-square test, P<0.05, significant difference; treatment group,90%of patients with KPS stabilize or improve, control group85%of patients KPS or improved by the chi-square test, P<0.05, significant difference; clinical biochemical laboratory parameters before and after treatment the patients were in the normal range, the difference varies between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusions:Both treated by indomethacin suppository and combined with Yangyin Qingre Prescription, the treatment of carcinoma fever Yin Deficiency, are safe and effective treatment methods. And combined with Yangyin Qingre Prescription, improve efficiency, and the quality of life, does not increase the adverse reactions. So patients benefit more. Thus confirming Yangyin Qingre Prescription is a safe and effective treatment for Yin Deficiency carcinoma fever, to promote clinical application and value of further research.
