Clinical Study On Treatment Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Asthenia In Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Tonifying Spleen And Warming Kidney Method

At the same time introduces the knowledge of the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease, clinical syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine research progress of classification, treatment of Chinese medicine, etc, and analyzes the clinical curative effect, points out the existing problems, and prospects the research prospect of the disease.Clinical study[Objective] To investigate the effect of Wenbupishen decoction treating irritable bowel syndrome-diarrhea of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome with tonifying spleen and warming kidney method.[Method] The eighty patients who were diagnosed with IBS-D from the clinic of the hospital attributed to TCM of Jiangsu province are randomly divided into two group, forty of whom were in treatment group treated with Wenbupishen decoction Bid for4weeks, forty of whom were in normal group treated with Dicetel (Pinaverium Bromide Tablets)50mg Tid for4weeks.The coparisons of the curative effects were made by two groups.after treatment.[Result] After one course of treatment,significant difference was apparent in the clinical effects:In the treatment group,11cases recovered and14cases significantly improved,11cases improved,4ineffectual cases. The total effective rate in the treatment group is90.00%. In the control group,4cases recovered and11cases significantly improved,14cases improved,11ineffectual cases. The total effective rate in the control group is72.50%. There was statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and control group(P<0.01). The effective rate from the treatment group is dearly superior. Both of the two groups are obviously improve symptoms (P<0.05); The degree of improvement about Wenbupishen decoction is better than Pinaverium Bromide tablets in abdominal pain,mucus stool,, bowel sounds, lumbar debility and bitter mouth (P<0.05); The time of the treatment group on alleviating the mucus stool, bowel sounds, appetite loss, lumbar debility, lassitude and bitter mouth is faster than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:Above all, the method of tonifying spleen and warming kidney in treating irritable bowel syndrome-diarrhea of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome was effective.
