Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang Clinical Research On Diarrhea Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective:Irritable bowel syndrome (irritable bowel syndrome, IBS) is a common functional disease, its etiology is complex, high incidence, pathogenesis is not clear. This research to clinical curative effect on diarrhea type of irritable bowel syndrome as observation tutor experience Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang, provide effective prescriptions for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:The object of this research is the60patients with diarrhea predominant IBS patients with syndrome of disharmony between liver and spleen, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases each group.Result:Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang by regulating the spleen, liver, intestinal astringent, dampness, Jieyu method, can effectively to improve the intestinal absorption function, inhibition of intestinal peristalsis, repair of intestinal mucosa, both effects, improve the psychological state of melancholy spirit patient specimens,TCM syndrome curative effect of treatment group after treatment, the total efficiency is86.7%, control group, the total effective rate was63.3%, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Before and after the treatment, and symptom were followed up after one month of integral, treatment group were significantly better than the control group of pinaverium bromide and Bifid Triple Viable capsule, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang can improve the clinical symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, improve the quality of life of patients, Chinese medicine treatment is effective in treating IBS. At the same time, starting from the angle of the relationship between five viscera of TCM, the heart and the liver, spleen, is a new way to study IBS pathogenesis, to know the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and related research on IBS has important significance.
