Objeetive:Now especially for prostate cancer clinical progress to steroid resistance stage there is no effective treatment methods, however, antitumor drug, especially the natural plant has become hot topics in the study of tumor treatment at home, now mang studies have found that quercetin has a role on much more of tumor cell growth inhibition and inhibition, what this experiment aims is that to hormone dependence tumor-burdened prostate cancer mouse model, observe that growth inhibition effect of quercetin on PC-3prostate cancer nude mouse xenograft tumor, on this basis, to discuss quercetin test function and mechanism of hormone dependen prostate cancer, provide theoretical and experimental basis to the treatment of Dependency hormone prostate cancer.Methods:Theoretical research part firstly described the research progress of TCM for prostate cancer, secondly introduces the status of TCM and western medicine treatment for hormone refractory prostate cancer, thirdly make a review summarized on the antitumor mechanism of quercetin.Experimental research part, first of all, the preparation of hormone the dependence model of prostate cancer in mice, quercetin tumor-burdened group intervention rats.Determination of different groups in mice tumor volume and weight, Understanding effect of quercetin on prostate cancer PC-3nude mice xenograft tumor growth inhibition.Explore the specific mechanisms of quercetin on the treatment of hormone refractory prostate cancer cells.Results:Experiments showed that Quercetin not only has experimental treatment on hormone refractory prostate cancer, also has a dose dependent, quercetin low, medium and high dose group of PC-3prostate cancer nude mouse transplantation tumor of relative tumor proliferation rate (T/C) were90.96%,72.46%,68.71%; The anti-Prostate cancer efficacy of Quercetin in vivo amounted to8.32%,8.32%and24.80%.Conelusion:Quercetin has a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of prostate cancer PC-3cell transplantation tumor (P<0.01), and also has a dose dependent, showed that quercetin has experimental treatment on hormone refractory prostate cancer.
