Experimental researchObjectives To evaluate the efficiency of Chuang Ling Ye loading into collagen promoting chronic Infectious wound healing in rats and explore the mechanism of action of regulating the wound’s inflammation.Methods Reference the producing method of FU Xiaobing chronic skin ulcer wound model in rats, made into chronic infectious wound model.The40SD rats were divided into four groups (control group,Chuang Ling Ye group,collagen group and Chuang Ling Ye collagen group)of10rats each group randomly.Among them, the control group wound were covered by4level normal saline gauze, the Chuang Ling Ye group wound were covered by4level Chuang Ling Ye gauze, the collagen group wound were covered by collagen, the Chuang Ling Ye collagen group wound were covered by Chuang Ling Ye collagen.The surgical dressing was changed every other day.After the model made3days,7days,14days,examine the wound area,points of inflammation response,the content of leukocytes,hydroxyproline, TNF-a and IL-6in the wound secretion.Results The wound area of Chuang Ling Ye group and Chuang Ling Ye collagen group are significantly smaller than control group and collagen group after the model made14days (P<0.05).The wound points of inflammation response of Chuang Ling Ye group is more lower than the others group after the model made3days (P<0.05); the point of Chuang Ling Ye collagen group is lower than control group and collagen group from the model made7days (P<0.05),and no conference of statistics compared with Chuang Ling Ye group.The content of leukocytes in the wound secretion of Chuang Ling Ye group and Chuang Ling Ye collagen group are significantly lower than control group and collagen group after the model made3days (P<0.05),it is significantly dropper in every group and no conference of statistics after the model made14days.The content of TNF-a and IL-6in the wound secretion have the same level in every stage,they are more lower in Chuang Ling Ye group and Chuang Ling Ye collagen group than in control group and collagen group from the model made3days (P<0.05).The content of hydroxyproline in the wound secretion of Chuang Ling Ye collagen group is significantly higher than the others group (P<0.05), collagen group and Chuang Ling Ye group is significantly higher than control group after the model made14days (P<0.05)Conclusion Chuang Ling Ye significantly restrain inflammatory cytokines and inflammation in the wound secretion of chronic infectious wound.Collagen promotes the produce of collagen of chronic infectious wound.Chuang Ling Ye loading into collagen can combine the advantage of the Chuang Ling Ye and collagen,and promote the chronic Infectious wound healing further.Clinical researchObjectives To evaluate the relationship between the effect that Chuang Ling Ye loading into collagen intervene the chronic Infectious wound and the wound healing.Methods The30patients were divided into three groups(control group,Chuang Ling Ye group and Chuang Ling Ye collagen group) of10patients each group randomly.Among them, the control group wound were covered by vaseline gauze, the Chuang Ling Ye group wound were covered by Chuang Ling Ye gauze, the Chuang Ling Ye collagen group wound were covered by Chuang Ling Ye loading into modified collagen.The surgical dressing was changed every other day.Observe and record the changes of wound area and secretion.Results The wound healing rate of Chuang Ling Ye group and Chuang Ling Ye collagen group are significantly better than control group after treating7times (P<0.05),and the efficacy of Chuang Ling Ye collagen group is higher than Chuang Ling Ye group after treating14times (P<0.05).The wound secretion scores of Chuang Ling Ye group and Chuang Ling Ye collagen group are significantly better than control group after treating14times (P<0.05),and the efficacy of Chuang Ling Ye collagen group is higher than Chuang Ling Ye group after treating28times (P<0.05)Conclusion Chuang Ling Ye loading into collagen promotes the wound healing by restraining the wound secretion and inflammation of the chronic wound.
