ObjectiveTo compare the clinical efficacy of bladder preservationcomprehensive treatment and radical cystectomy.Methods79cases who are staged T2~3N0~1M0was undergoing bladderpreservation comprehensive treatment, and the same staged66casesundergoing radical cystectomy was selected as the control group, thesurvival rate of two groups were calculated and statistical compared.ResultThe bladder preservation group post-operation1,2,3,5years survivalrates were97.5%,88.6%,70.9%,46.8%,and the radical cystectomy grouppost-operation1,2,3,5years survival rates were92.4%,86.4%,79.7%,47.0%,and survival rates of the two group were analyzed statistically, thedifference was not statistically significant(P=0.918).ConclusionsOn muscle-invasive bladder cancer, the survival rates of casesundergoing bladder preservation comprehensive treatment and thesurvival rates of cases undergoing radical cystectomy are almost equally, itis worth further study. |
