Analysis About Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Of Parkinson’s Diseasein137Cases

Objective:Based on137cases of Parkinson’s disease (PD) investigation and analysis of patients with TCM Constitution susceptibility pattern, provides the basis for theChinese medicine treatment and prevention of PD.Methods:Using1:1matched case-control study method, the PD group and the control group were interviewed with TCM Constitution questionnaire, analysis on TCM Constitution Types and characteristics.Results:1. PD group compared with the control group of TCM constitution types, two groups of TCM constitution types have significant difference (P<0.0001). In group PDpatients with Yin deficiency phlegm dampness and number of cases and84cases, accounting for61.31%, the control group patients with Yin deficiencyphlegm dampness and number of cases and32cases, accounting for23.36%,two compared with statistical difference (P<0.0001).2. Comparison of TCM constitution type in PD group, which accounts for a larger proportion of phlegm dampness (48cases,33.58%) and yin deficiency (38cases,27.74%), compared with type two and other physical statistical difference(.P<0.005).3. Phlegm dampness in PD patients of different ethnic composition ratio:Han22/61cases,14/42cases accounted for36.07%, Uygur, Kazak accounted for33.33%,8/20cases, accounting for40%; Yin deficiency in PD patients of different ethnic composition ratio:Han20/61cases,11/42cases accounted for32.79%, Uygur,Kazak accounted for26.19%,4/20cases, accounting for20%.4. Comparison of PD group of Han nationality and other ethnic Chinese medicine constitution type, indicating no significant difference between the two types of constitution in Chinese medicine (P=0.23). Conclusion:Phlegm dampness constitution and yin deficiency in the course of PD, is an important basis of TCM syndrome formation of fitness, in different stage of PD ofphlegm dampness constitution and yin deficiency constitution in Chinese medicine is not a, the formation and the diet, living habits, environmental factorsand many other factors, therefore, in the PD syndrome differentiation treatment,special attention should be paid to the special PD type of constitution in Chinese medicine, on the treatment of PD patients and improve the quality of life has a certain reference value.
