Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Early And Mid-kidney Circulation Deficiency And Blood Stasis Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:Clinical efficacy of treatment of early and mid-kidney circulation deficiency and blood stasis knee osteoarthritis. Methods:80patients will comply with knee osteoarthritis syndrome diagnostic criteria and standards of clinical medicine divided into two groups, the treatment group of40patients in the control group of40patients, the use of sub-groups were randomized grouping method, in which the treatment group40kidney patients with oral Huayu Recipe therapy, measured as an agent (400ml,200ml each morning and evening twice orally) daily.40patients in the control group to oral celecoxib, measured as a/,2times/day. Two observation periods are January, after the close of treatment, clinical efficacy evaluation. Results:Treatment group results:3cases, effective15cases,16cases markedly, clinical control six cases, the total effective rate was92.5%; results of the control group:7cases, effective23cases,5cases, clinical control five casesits total effective rate of82.5%, the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05); clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients rated the changes as compared with that before treatment, after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group was effective in improving joint pain, morning stiffness symptoms (P <0.05), and improve joint function is disabled (P<0.05). Pain, maximum walking distance, up and down stairs, squat; walking in the other symptoms, the signs were not statistically significant.
