| Objective:To investigate the relationship of clinical characteristics and angiographic results in patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction.Methods:146cases with acute inferior myocardial infarction were selccted, who were registered at cardiology department of the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang university from2013,1to2013,12. All cases were coronary angiography. Risk factors of coronary heart disease and Coronary angiography results of paitents were investigated. The SPSS statistical package program18.0was used of all analyses. Age are described by Average±Standard deviation, analyzed with two-sample t-test for independent samples and one-way ANOVA P<0.05as size of test. Other data were described by percent rate, analyed with chi-square test or multi-sample chi-square test P<0.05.Results:1Infarct-related artery were compared among the three groups, which were one two or three branches of coronary of arteryvasculopathy.χ2were9.886, P<0.05;Age, F=3.574, P<0.05.2Dominant type of coronary artery were compared among the two groups which were the right coronary or the left circumflex.χ2were10.631, P<0.05。3Age were compared among the two groups which were The han nationality or minority.t=10.631, P <0.05.4Drinking were compared among the two groups which were proximal or distal.t3.331, P<0.05.5Risk factors were compared among the two groups which were male or female. P<0.05; Age t=-3.360, P<0.05.6Total cholesterolã€low-density lipoprotein were compared among the three groups, which were youthã€middle-aged or senium.χ2were10.250ã€8.406; P<0.05;Age, F=3.574P<0.05.Conclusion:1Man is more than woman in acute inferior myocardial infarction.2Right coronary incidence is higher in acute inferior myocardial infarction.3Distal lesion incidence is higher in drinker; Proximal lesion incidence is higher in no drinker.4Smokingã€drinking〠hypertension high density lipoprotein cholesterol are male risk factors.5The more older patients are,the more higher risk total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein have.6Increased with age, genderã€the incidence of ethnicã€three branches of coronary artery vasculopathy is high. |
