Objective:To Analysis intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC) and hepatic alveolar echino-coccosis(HAE) morphological changes and the differences of iodine value in dual energy CT imaging. Methods:30patients,15cases were ICC and15cases were HAE all under-went three phases contrast-enhanced scan. All patients’ data were collected completely, and the iodine value of different ingredients and different phases with both ICC and HAE were measured. Lesions internal, lesions edge and normal liver of ICC and HAE with three phases enhanced iodine value in the same period was compared using the Wilcoxon rank sum test, the iodine value of ICC and HAE each group with the same component but different phase were compared, and the iodine value of ICC and HAE each group with the same phase but different component also were compared, and P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Results:In this study sample,①ICC and HAE differences in morphology, but small differences in some of these lesions, so part of ICC and HAE were not easy to identify;②There are obvious differences of ICC and HAE in iodine value of dual-source dual-energy scan, compared with HAE, ICC enhanced more obviously, the iodine value of ICC was equally (11.0±3.28)mg/ml, the iodine value of HAE was equally (8.7±1.44) mg/ml;③Both ICC and HAE are have trends of delayed enhancement, but ICC lesions edge iodine value get to peak in the intravenous period, but HAE lesion edge peaked in the delayed phase. Conclusion:The differences of iodine value between ICC and HAE that lesions internal three phases and delayed lesions edge can significantly help identify these two diseases. Iodine value of dual energy CT imaging can be useful tool for identifying ICC and HAE.
