| Objective:Discusses the AURKA T91A gene polymorphism in Uygur and Han ethnic breast cancer’s distribution and with the breast cancer susceptivity relations. Method:Using the polymerase chain reaction-restrictive fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method, examines108example Uygur national minority feminine breast cancer patient,120example Uygur national minority normal feminine,132example Han national feminine breast cancer patient and150example Han national normal feminine AURKA the gene T91A position spot polymorphism analysis, analyzes in this spot polymorphism and the breast cancer susceptivity relations and breast cancer clinicopathological parameters relations. Results:Uygur and Han ethnic group of patients with genotype distribution and allele frequencies significantly different (P<0.01).In the Uighur subgroup differences in the distribution of cases and controls its genotype and allele frequencies group no significant difference (P>0.05). In the codominant model, recessive model, and dominant model, they did not show an increased risk of breast cancer. In the Han subgroup differences in the distribution of cases and controls genotype and allele frequency differences between groups were statistically significant (P <0.05).AA genotype genotype was significantly associated with increased risk of breast carcinoma occurrence(OR2.06,95%CI1.27-3.34)compared with the TT or TA genotype. Conclusion:AURKA T91A polymorphism is not a risk factor for developing breast cancer in Uygur, however the SNPs may be a genetic modifier for developing breast carcinoma in Han. |
