Clinical Studies With Beryllium Acupuncture Needles Treatment For Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:Evaluation of beryllium needles with needle clinical study of treatment of lumbar disc herniation. In order to provide a new method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation pain clinic.Method:The study screened January2013-December2013Autonomous Region Hospital of acupuncture clinic, inpatient diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation patients included in this study and in accordance with the standard of80cases. Randomly divided into treatment group (beryllium needles with needle group), treatment group2(needle group), treatment group3(beryllium acupuncture group) and control group (sham acupuncture group)20cases in each group. Each group1day30minutes, a total of10days that a course of treatment to assess the therapeutic effect of each group after treatment.Results:1three treatment groups in the JOA scores before and after treatment, the optimal treatment group, treatment group2(needle group), followed by treatment of the three groups (beryllium acupuncture group) and then the; in VAS scores, the treatment group1optimal treatment group3(beryllium acupuncture group), followed by treatment group2(needle group) and then the.2After treatment, a total efficiency of100%, ie, needle treatment group2group, the total efficiency of95%, three groups namely beryllium acupuncture treatment group, the total efficiency of90%in the control group, the total efficiency of20%. Clinical efficacy and recovery rate by the χ2test showed differences among treatment groups in clinical cure rate was statistically significant, the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05)3. Three treatment groups before and after treatment JOA score and VAS score there were significant differences (P <0.05), JOA score and VAS scores between the control group before and after treatment was not statistically significant (P>0.05); there was a significant difference (P<0.05) of the three treatment groups and the control group, the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:1、determine the efficacy of JOA score, for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation cents better than beryllium needles.2、determine the efficacy of VAS scores, analgesic effect of beryllium for lumbar disc herniation than needles.3、beryllium mm needle with treatment for lumbar disc herniation was better than pure beryllium needles or needle.
