Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation With Eight Needles And Eight Cans

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of eight needles and eight cans in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods: screening out the period from December 2019 to December 2020,According to the standard of lumbar and leg pain,qi stagnation and blood stasis,72 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by spine department of the fourth Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University were studied.In this study,72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,Treatment group with eight needles and eight cans,General acupuncture treatment of the control group,Then observe the changes of Joa scale score and VAS scale score before and after treatment.The total duration of treatment is designed to be two sessions,A treatment course is six days,After the course of treatment,two groups of experimental data were sorted out,Finally,the results are obtained by analyzing the test data.Results:By comparing the curative effect of treatment group and control group,The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%,The total effective rate of common acupuncture in the control group was 77.78%,Differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the two groups before and after treatment was compared by Joa scale score and VAS scale score,Both groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparison between treatment group and control group,The scores of Joa scale and VAS scale were higher than those of control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the condition and improving the quality of life.The treatment group was superior to the control group by comparing the treatment effect of the VAS scale score of the two groups.The treatment group was obviously superior to the control group relieving pain and relieving pain.It shows that eight needles and eight cans can improve the curative effect in the course of treatment.
