Objective:To evaluate spiral CT combined with serum carbohydrate antigen125(CA125) and human epididymis protein4(HE4) in the diagnosis of ovarian ca ncer. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed212cases of ovarian disease received by Xinjiang Tumor Hospital from March2012to December2013. and these cases we re all examined by CT, CA125, HE4detection before operation, and confirmed tha t there were108cases of ovarian cancer,104cases of benign ovarian disease by pathology. The data of Benign and malignant ovarian disease was statistical analyze d,and calculated the sensitivity, specificity,crude accuracy,diagnostic index and Youn den’ indexof CT,CA125, HE4, CT+CA125, CT+HE4, CT+CA125+HE4acting on ovarian cancer diagnose with pathology as the gold standard. Results:It made no statistics difference in the pathological changes’ size between ovarian cancer and be nign disease cases.The sensitivity of CT, CA125, HE4, CT+CA125, CT+HE4, CT+CA125+HE4for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer were83.3%,86.1%,72.2%,88.9%,90.7%,95.3%,crude accuracy were82.5%,78.3%,81.6%,83.0%,83.5%,85.4%, diagnostic index were165.0%,156.3%,163.5%,165.8%,166.6%,170.3%, and You nden’index were65.0%,56.3%,63.5%,65.8%,66.6%,70.3%. Conclusion:CT had an important value in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. The lesions’size could not pro vide the evidence in the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian diseases.CT co mbined with CA125and HE4improved the sensitivity.crude accuracy, diagnostic in dex and Younden’index of diagnosis of ovarian cancer. There was a high significa nce for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
