Objective: To investigate the application value of serum human epididymis protein 4(HE4),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and ovarian cancer risk level prediction model(ROME index)in early diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods: A total of 84 cases of ovarian cancer,129 cases with benign ovarian tumor patients were included in the study,110 women for healthy examination were taken in the control group as well.Serum HE4 and CA125 were measured with the method of electrochemical luminescence.ROMA index was calculated depending on the estimated values of serum HE4 and CA125.Results: HE4,CA125 level and ROMA index were significantly higher in the patients of ovarian cancer than that of in the ovarian benign tumor patients and healthy group(P<0.05).The specificity and positive predictive value of HE4 were the most obvious in all of the three Inclusion projects of HE4,CA125 level and ROMA index;while the sensitivity and negative predictive value of the ROMA index were best. Moreover, the highest sensitivity and negative predictive value were observed if the three projects of CA125,HE4 and ROMA index were combined involved. Conclusion: The three projects of CA125,HE4 and ROMA index have the most important application value in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors. |
