Objective:To compare SD rats with chronic periodontitis (Chronic periodontitis, CP) group, IgA nephropathy (IgA Nephropathy, IgAN) group and composite (IgAN+CP) group, the clinical parameters,light microscopy, electron microscopy and immunofluorescence, and to explore whether the development of CP correlated with IgAN.Methods:40SD rats were randomly divided into four groups of10:control group, IgAN group, CP group, composite group; weekend in16rats were killed, blood, urine and renal tissue specimens and conduct statistical analysis. Detection index:Serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), proteinuria, hematuria, renal tissue by light microscopy, electron microscopy and immunofluorescence.Results:The correlation detection, IgAN group, composite group Scr, BUN and urinary protein was significantly higher, CP group (P<0.05), the composite group was significantly higher than that IgAN group (P<0.05), composite rats hematuria the number is higher than the other groups. Renal pathology shows, IgAN group, composite group kidneys HE, PAS and Masson staining score was significantly higher, CP group (P<0.01), and the combined group than IgAN group (P<0.05); IgAN group and the composite renal histopathology showed mesangial cells and mesangial matrix associated with renal interstitial fibrosis, complex lesions were heavier, stronger than the composite group fluorescence expression IgAN group (P<0.05), CP fluorescence expression atypical group, the control group without fluorescence expression, electron microscopy results are consistent with the pathological report. Semi-quantitative fluorescence with a24-hour urine protein, BUN, Scr multiple linear regression equation:24-hour urinary protein excretion=5.321+9.933×fluorescence semi-quantitative r=0.904(P<0.01), BUN=4.909+0.980×fluorescence semi-quantitative r=0.813(P<0.01), Scr=31.448+14.370×fluorescence semiquantitative r=0.914(P<0.01), AL, SBI changed significantly in the composite group.Conclusion:Compound rats serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, hematuria, proteinuria, pathological and immunofluorescence changed more significantly, CP promote the progress of nephropathy and renal injury in rats IgA, while also promoting the progress of IgAN CP, indicating that CP has some correlation with IgAN.
