The Comparison Of By Transrectal Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound And Color Doppler Guided The Prostate Biopsy

Objective:Discuss by transrectal ultrasound imaging and color doppler flow imaging (cdfi) in the rectum gray-scale prostate biopsy guided by ultrasound application value for more.Methods:Choose between October2012and November2012,85cases of our hospital urological center gray-scale sonography did not detect the suspicious lesions of prostate cancer,Laboratory examination doubt the clinical data of patients with prostate cancer,38cases of preoperative via rectum ultrasound imaging,47cases of preoperative via rectum color doppler ultrasound,Suspicious lesions of ultrasonic acoustic image imaging target through12rectal prostate biopsy,Compare two way prostate biopsy.Results:The sensitivity and negative predictive value of CEUS group targeted guide to detect prostate cancer positive puncture needle is higher than CDFI group (P<0.05), Specificity,positive predictive value differences between the two groups has no statistical significance (P>0.05).In the PSA＜30ng/ml group,between two groups compared CEUS is higher sensitivity than CDFI groups (P<0.05);Specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value between the two groups was no significant difference statistically (P>0.05).In the PSA>30ng/ml group,between two groups comparedCEUS is higher sensitivity and negative predictive value than CDFI groups (P<0.05),Specificity, positive predictive value,no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Needle puncture positive Gleason score9.03±0.751CEUS group is higher than CDFI group8.72±0.690points (P<0.05),The postoperative complications between the two groups has no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:transrectal CEUS Targeted prostate biopsy guided can improve the positive puncture point positive sensitivity,negative predictive value than CDFI;In the PSA>30ng/ml group,transrectal CEUS Targeted prostate biopsy guided can improve the positive puncture point negative predictive value than CDFI,To avoid unnecessary puncture; Positive needle of transrectal TRUS targeted guided prostate biopsy is higher Gleason score than CDFI in the Gleason>4+3group,Gleason score higher prostate cancer can be discovered.
