The objective of the research was to provide some scientific bases for evaluating thehealth protection breeding prospects of different peach germplasm resources and developingand reusing wasted peach leave resources. In the test, the peach fruit and leaves were used asexperimental materials, the evaluating method of peach leave flavonoids was checked, thebest extracting method was determined, and the best storage method was analysed, then thedifference of the total flavonoid-content in peach leaves of different growing period anddifferent cultivars were compared and the difference and dynamic changes of the totalflavonoid-content in peach fruit flesh and leaves of different cultivars durig fruitdevelopment and the correlation of them was analysed. The results showed that:1. The traditional method of NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH can be used to evaluate the peachleave flavonoids.2. The best extracting method was:60%ethanol, extracted30min for twice, thetemperature was30℃、the proportion of stuff and ethanol liquor was1:100(g:mL).3. Drying in the oven was the best storage method. Different storage method greatlyinfluence the peach leave flavonoids, among them, the fresh leaves has the highestflavonoids, refrigerating greatly lowered the content, while, dry in the oven and dry in theshade didn’t influence the content greatly.4. Significant difference was found in peach leave flavonoids of different growing periodsand different cultivars. The average of the content (DW) collected7times was ranged bydescending order: April(42.79mg·g-1)>October(28.36mg·g-1)>July(26.70mg·g-1)>May(24.11mg·g-1)>August(23.98mg·g-1)>September(23.07mg·g-1)>June(19.05mg·g-1).So the content in the early April was the highest, and in June was the lowest. The average ofdifferent cultivars was ranged by descending order: Zhongyou8(31.34mg·g-1)>Ruipan7(29.52mg·g-1)>Jingchun(29.45mg·g-1)>Zaoshuomi(26.24mg·g-1)>Zaohuang(23.91mg·g-1)>Yanhong11(20.72mg·g-1). The difference of different cultivars in early June(the fruitdeveloping period) is the most significant.5. Significant difference of the total flavonoid-content in different peach cultivars both in fruit flesh and leaves was present. The content (DW) in fruit flesh of6different peachcultivars was ranged by descending order: Meipan777(11.26mg·g-1)> Lianhuang(10.60mg·g-1)> Zhaohui(7.58mg·g-1)> Ruipan4(6.25mg·g-1)> Ruiguang19(5.70mg·g-1)> Qinguang2(5.08mg·g-1); The content (DW) in leaves of6different peach cultivars wasranged by descending order: Ruipan4(32.18mg·g-1)> Qinguang2(31.37mg·g-1)> Zhaohui(30.55mg·g-1)> Ruiguang19(28.44mg·g-1)> Meipan777(24.51mg·g-1)> Lianhuang(21.28mg·g-1).6. In the fruit flesh of6cultivars in the test, Lianhuang and Meipan777are higher thanthe other4cultivars and more nutritional and healthful, it is better for health protectionbreeding.7. As the content in leaves was higher than in fruit, considering peach growth demands, the trimmed tender leaves in April and the leaves after fruit collected in late September andearly October were recommended to be developed and utilized.
