The Experiment Study Of Effect About Superior Mesenteric Venous Thrombosis To The Intestinal Mucosal Barrier

Objective SMVT (superior mesenteric venous thrombosis) is a mesenteric ischemiadisease which has a rapid progression. SMVT is difficult to identify with other diseases.Making early diagnosis remains a challenge. Seeking a blood indicator to effectivelyreflect the intestinal mucosal barrier is very important.Study the changes of d-lactate anddiamine oxidase after experiment model was established. Explore the effects of SMVTon the intestinal mucosal barrier and study the effect of D-lactate and DAO in SMVT.Methods120SD male rats were randomly divided into the superior mesenteric veinligation0h,4h,12h,24h,48h,72h group and the sham group. At each time point takeblood and measure serum DAO and D-lactate activity by SpectrophotometricDetermination of the rate of speed. The ileum tissue’s length is about2.0cm.Study thepathological changes of the ileum tissue using the light microscope after HEstaining.Estimate the ileum tissue’s injury according to Chiu’s score system.Results14h,12h,24h,48h,72h ligation groups comparing with the sham group, DAOlevels were significantly increased (P＜0.05);2DAO peaked24h after the vein wasligated, then declined;34h,12h,24h,48h,72h ligation groups comparing with the shamgroup, D-lactate levels were significantly increased (P＜0.05);4D-lactate reached a peak48h after the mesenteric vein was ligated, then declined;5Mesenteric vein ligation timehas obvious positive correlation with intestinal tissue score (rs=0.911，P＜0.01).Conclusions1DAO and D-lactate have important implication in the intestinal mucosalbarrier damage caused by SMVT;2The experiment revealed the change of DAO and D-lactate after SMVT, which may be helpful for early diagnosis of SMVT;3DAO and D-lactate may be more sensitive indicators in reflecting the injury caused by SMVT.Figure25; Table7; Reference92...
