Clinical Research Of Chai Qin Wendan Decoction In The Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Beat With The Syndrome Of Phlegm-fire Disturbing The Heat

Objectives To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Chai Qin Wendan Decoction inthe treatment of ventricular premature beat with the Syndrome of Phlegm-fire Disturbingthe Heat objectively, and to expain the action mecharmsm and establish new thought oftreatment for ventricular premature beat.Methods74patients of ventricular premature beat with the Syndrome of Phlegm-fireDisturbing the Heat were collected from January2013and January2014, who wouldaccepted the treatment with Chai Qin Wendan Decoction or Betaloc Zok.74patientsmust be conformed to the diagnostic criteria and patient selection criteria, and is not inthe scope of the exclusion criteria. The control group took Betaloc Zok, the treatmentgroup took Chai Qin Wendan Decoction. They were treated for3period of treatment, andwhich one would lasted4weeks. Established a indicator for further observation, observedand recorded the changes of the patient before and after treatment. Found out any adversereactions occurring and handled in time by paying attention to the experimental process.Some one need to be removed. The clinical observation table must be filled in truthfully.Compare the clinical effect and safety of the two groups.Results Total effective cases of the treatment group were28cases, with total effectiverate77.8%. Total effective cases of the control group were30cases, with total effectiverate79.0%. There was no significant difference efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05), but the effectiveness of the treatment group was still slightly lower than that ofthe control group. There was significant difference efficacy in the single symptombetween the two groups(P<0.05). The effectiveness of the treatment group was stillhigher than that of the control group obviously, and the overall effect’s better with noadverse reactions.Conclusions The clinical effectiveness and safety were reliable for patients by takingChai Qin Wendan Decoction. By taking Chai Qin Wendan Decoction the patients canenhance the quality of life. This experience deserves to be inherit and to be carriedforward, which should be popularized in clinical application further.
