| Objectives By comparing the effect of partial nephrectomy (PN) and radicalnephrectomy (RN) treatmenting kidney cancer of T1b stage, to research the advantagesand limitations of PN treatment of kidney cancer. Methods We retrospectively analysed of92cases T1b of patients with T1b stage RCCtreating in the affiliated hospital of armed police Logistics College and its technicalcollaboration Hospital from January2008to December2012. they are using operationmethods.43cases underwent PN treatment, we called it the experimental group.49casesunderwent radical nephrectomy (RN) therapy, which was used as the control group.Recording the blood loss, operative time, postoperative hospital stay, complications, recurrence rate, survival rate, creatinine after1week and month of the two groups andcompare them, then we give an epidemiological analysis of them. Results The Experiment Group is higher than the control group in the operative time, blood loss, complication rate (P<0.05); But in the creatinine after one week, it is lowerthan the control group (P<0.05); However, to the postoperative hospital stay, tumorrecurrence, long-term survival rate and creatinine after one month, there was no significantdifference between them (P>0.05).Conclusions1.The operation time, blood loss, and the complication rate of the PN ishigher than the RN (P<0.05). There was no difference in the length of hospital stay, recurrence rate and long-term survival rates between the PNand RN (P>0.05).But to therenal function, patients who underwent with RN are higher than the PN in the creatinineafter one week (P<0.05), but with the time going, there was no difference between them.(P>0.05).2.PN can retain as much as the renal units of the patients, which can effectively enhancethe compensatory ability of the kidneys. but it need the high surgical technique and longlearning curve. With the development of the medical technology, PN may become themain choice of the LRCC. |
