Objective To observe the expression of Thrombospondin1; Transform-ing growthfactor-beta1and Epidermal growth factor receptor in the patients serum with chronic corpulmonale. Analyse the serum TSP-1、TGF-beta1and EGFR levels correlation with PaO2,and TSP-1levels correlation with TGF-beta1levels of Chronic cor pulmonale group.Methodimmunofluorescence test50cases of chronic cor pulmonale patients with normal serum30cases of TSP-1、TGF-beta1and EGFR expression of the results. Result (1)Theexpression of TSP-1、TGF-beta1and EGFR in serum of patients with chronic corpulmonale were significantly higher than that of normal control group (P <0.05).(2)Inchronic cor pulmonale group,the serum TSP-1、TGF-beta1and EGFR levels were negativelycorrelation with PaO2(r=-0.970,P<0.000;r=-0.956,P<0.000;r=0.949,P<0.000).(3) In Chroniccorpulmonale group,,the serum TSP-1levels were positively correlation with TGF-beta1levels(r=0.954,p=0.000(p<0.05).Conclusion (1) TSP-1、EGFR and TGF-beta1may beinvolved the from chronic pathophysiologic process of chronic cor pulmonaleobstructive lung disease development.(2) The increase in serum levels of TSP-1、TGF-beta1and EGFR are accordance with the decrease in PO2of chronic cor pulmonale.This findingssuggests that TSP-1and TGF-beta1by each other participate in the pathophysiology of thechronic cor pulmonale.
