Thecardiovascular disease has become one of the main diseases that grave threats to human health and life.With the continuous improvement of people’s health consciousness and the rapid development ofcomputer technology and mobile communication technology, the traditional way of going to thehospital to do ECG examinations regularly can no longer meet people’s needs. They hope they canunderstand the ECG information and access to health services anytime and anywhere. Therefore, theremote ECG monitoring emerged at the right moment. The development of remote ECG monitoringsystem is of great significance for the prevention and treatment in time of cardiovascular disease.After studying the scheme of remote ECG monitoring at home and abroad, the entire system isbuilt by adopting the three layer structure framework of "ECG signal acquisition terminal-mobilephone-remote monitoring center". The microcontroller MSP430, ECG acquisition chip ADS1292andBluetooth module HC-06are adopted in ECG acquisition terminal to realize the function of ECGcollection and data sending. Then, the Bluetooth on the mobile phone are used to have a closecommunication with ECG acquisition terminals, the ECG data are transmitted to the remote monitoringcenter through the3G network. Smart phones are introduced to system, in view that smart phones havebeen widely applied. With its strong functions, they can complete the functions of ECG signal analysis,processing and display. Thus, it can simplify the design function of ECG collection front-end, save thedevelopment cost of products and reduce the prices of ECG acquisition front-end. And3G network hasgreat advantage in data transmission rate, which meets the real-time requirements of the system. Finally,the monitoring center receives the data and displays for the examination of the medical personnel. Atthe same time, monitoring center can provide users with remote web access and user query service. |
