Faced with the continued rise in the incidence of cardiovascular disease, monitoring ECG is particularly important at any time. Currently on the market ECG detection equipment has the shortcomings of large volume and high cost, and is not suitable for universal access to the family and personal mobile applications. With the popularity of smart phones, EC G signal sampling equipment becomes more compact, and a new generation of Bluetooth protocol greatly reduces the power co nsumption and is a basic part on smart phones. Therefore, this paper designs a ECG monitoring system based on smart phones. The ECG monitoring system designed in this paper, take medical electrodes as collection electrodes in order to reduce the signal distortion to the maximum. AD8232 is applied to condition ECG signal; AD8232 built- in double pole high pass filter can eliminate the motion artifacts; built- in three-pole low pass filter can eliminate the extra noise; built- in right leg driver amplifier can e ffectively suppress common mode interference. The EC G preprocessing unit uses CC2540 as the main control chip, and makes the ECG signal AD transform, and packages the transformed ECG signal and then send to the intelligent terminal by the RF module. Intell igent terminal is a ECG monitoring software using java language. After receiving the ECG data, the intelligent terminal analyses and processes the ECG data in real time, display ECG wave and heart rate values and realize EC G data storage, historical data callback and SMS alarm function at the same time, and then realize the remote monitoring of the ECG.Finally, the system is tested and analyzed. The signal strength and packet loss rate of the wireless sensor networks are measured by the designed experiments, and the influencing factors are analyzed. Black box testing method is used to test the stability of client software. Process ECG signals offline with the help of MATLAB, including the baseline drift and wavelet denoising and R wave extraction. Finally the ECG monitoring system realizes the EC G signal acquisition, transmission, storage, display and real-time analysis. The operation is simple, and has a certain practical significance on the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
