The Contrast Analysis Of Tubal Ectopic Pregnancy’s Conservative Treatment

【Objective】The objective of this study is to investigate the key factor influencing the success rateof ectopic pregnancy,to evaluate the effectiveness、the side-effect and the clinicalsignificance of two different treatment methods (Trichosanthes andMethotrexate),eventually can guide the clinical doctors on the practical work.【Methods】A retrospective analysis of230patients with ectopic pregnancy (tubal pregnancy)who were treated between2008to2012in Ruijin Hospital was performed, all thepatients receives telephone follow-up. According to the medicine, there are two types（Trichosanthes and Methotrexate）on analyzing the success rate、length of stay、B-HCG、length of negative、rate of descent、side-effect and reproductive outcome.Patients general information and background were included in this study. Statisticsmethods included X2test, t test and Logistic regression test.【Result】The number of tubal ectopic pregnancy by drug conservative treatment has increasedevery year. β-HCG is the main factor that influenced the success rate of drugconservative treatment on treating tubal ectopic pregnancy by Trichosanthes andMethotrexate. With the increasing of β-HCG, the cure rate of drug conservativetreatment is descending, but Trichosanthes group is better than Methotrexate group.When β-HCG is less than2000mIU/mL, Trichosanthes group s descent rate is fasterthan Methotrexate group s, and its turning negative time is less than Methotrexategroup s.There is no side-effect difference between two groups. There is no obviousdifference and influence on again pregnancy by using Trichosanthes or MTXconservative treatment after tubal ectopic pregnancy. The success rate of the highβ-HCG（≥2000mIU/mL）Trichosanthes group is a bit lower than the lowβ-HCG(<2000mIU/mL) Trichosanthes group， but its success rate can still be75%.Trichosanthes s effect is significant and its side-effect is controllable.【Conclusion】The initial β-HCG is the main factor that influenced the success rate of drugconservative treatment on treating tubal ectopic pregnancy. According to the standardsof ectopic pregnancy s conservative treatment（<2000mIU/mL）, Trichosanthes isa safe and effective conservative drug, and Trichosanthes group has shorterhospitalization time、 less turning negative time and its side-effect can be in thecontrollable range. At the same time, there are no adverse effects of the futurepregnancy. Compared with MTX, Trichosanthes drug treatment is better than that ofMTX drug therapy. Trichosanthes can be appropriated for the person whose β-HCGis less than3000mIU/mL, and is still effective and safe. If the people have a strongwill with Trichosanthes conservative treatment, and are taken the risks, Trichosanthescan be used when β-HCG is ranged from3000mIU/mL to5000mIU/mL.
