Clinical Research On Ectopic Pregnancy Treatment By Different Methods Of Mifepristone Combined Methotrexate

Objective:Methotrexate in combination with mifepristone different preparation method for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy clinical effect and adverse reaction were compared, analyse it, which could direct clinical work better.Methods:150-patients with ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment were selected, according to the MTX of different way divided into three groups, A、B、C.50patients in the A group, given methotrexate0.4mg/kg intramuscular qd, for5days;50patients in the B group, with methotrexate lmg/kg, a single intramuscular injection; C group’50cases, using transvaginal ultrasound guided ectopic pregnancy embryo sacs puncturenote for injecting methotrexate(one-off injection of methotrexate40mg); each group supplemented by mifepristone25mg/time, intervals of12hours. After treatment, the three groups of patients with a success rate, blood β-HCG changes in the value, the bag piece of diameter variation of ectopic pregnancy and adverse drug reactions were record.differences were compared.Results:Final operationin dicated the failure of conservative therapy.The A group’s success rate is88%, failure rate is12%; B group’s success rate is92%failure rate is8%; C group’s success rate is90%, failure rate is10%.Three group total effective rate comparison differences had no statistical significance (p>0.05); Three groups patients with blood beta HCG in4,7,10,14days after treatment comparing differences had no statistical significance (p>0.05); Three groups patients after treatment7and14bag piece mean diameter difference had no statistical significance (p>0.05); In the total incidence of adverse reactions, the A group’s total incidence of adverse reactions was32%, B group’total incidence of adverse reactions to16%, C group’total incidence of adverse reactions was18%,the group A and B’ adverse reaction rate comparison differences had statistical significance (p<0.05), group A and C comparison differences had statistical significance (p<0.05),Group B and C comparison differences had no statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Three different schemes of ectopic pregnancy patient’s clinical curative effect is no difference. But the incidence of adverse reactions in adopt methotrexate0.4mg/kg intramuscular group was the highest; transvaginal ultrasound-guided ectopic pregnancy embryo sacs puncture group easily broken, so Single intramuscular methotrexate compatibility mifepristone group treatment scheme is more convenient, security is high, is worth promoting.
