Objective Explore animal model of breast cancer lymph node metastasismethod, Using human breast cancer tissue grown fresh breast cancer xenograftmodel, human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231in nude micesubcutaneously was established by. By general observation, conventionalultrasound evaluation model is established. Methods Using two methods: First, Fresh human breast tissue implantedsubcutaneously of nine nude mice; Observed Mental condition of nude micerespectively; Second, Human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231injectedsubcutaneously on the right side of chest of six mice; Palpation of the injectionzone of the tumor and whether exist axillary lymph nodes, Observed tumorsize, shape, border, internal echo, blood flow distribution in conventionalultrasound. Results Primary part: Using fresh human breast tissue grown in nine nudemice were observed for2months, no tumor, nor found after dissection of lymphnode metastasis; The second part:6nude on the right side of the chest aftersubcutaneous injection of human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231wasfound, six tumor were generated in nude mice, tumor generation rate of100%;By palpation, routine ultrasound examination found no axillary lymph nodemetastasis in nude natural death after autopsy found no axillary lymph nodes; Conclusions (1) The use of fresh human breast tissue implanted in nude mice xenograft model established breast cancer, no tumor and lymph nodemetastasis, this method has not yet successful, but for further research in thefuture to provide a reference.(2)Animal models establishment by using humanbreast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231xenograft was established by subcutaneousinjection, higher tumor generation rates, up to100%, but failed to form lymphnode metastasis, still need to improve some of the methods.
