Adolescent Reproductive Health And Social Work Intervention Study

Reproductive health is an important content of adolescent health, and received extensive attention of the international community. However, in our country, the main object of reproductive health service is the married women, adolescents are neglected for a long time. According to the existing literature, we found that the adolescent reproductive health problem is mainly manifested in four aspects. First of all, the cognitive conflict between traditional ideas and adolescent sexual and reproductive health. Secondly, the limitations and defects of adolescent reproductive health education. Thirdly, the induction of today’s social bad behaviors towards adolescent. Fourthly, the low accessibility of adolescent reproductive health services utiliazation.This article is based on the above problems of the current adolescent reproductive health.the empirical research in chongqing further confirmed the adolescents reproductive health problems. We concluded the present situation of adolescent reproductive health and service requirements from four aspects: adolescent reproductive health education, cognition, behavior, and adolescent reproductive health service demand, and analyzed the influence reasons for adolescent reproductive health and service requirements from social, family, school and individual, and also demonstrated the advantages of the social work intervention to adolescent reproductive health services, and further puts forward the corresponding countermeasure of specific intervention. Namely, carrying out the adolescent reproductive health education centred on the social support network theory; guiding the adolescents reproductive health cognition and behavior based on the theory of cognitive behavior; enhancing the actual effect of adolescent reproductive health services with the aim of empowing for the targets; building adolescent reproductive health services platform oriented by the advantage perspective.
