Objective:Through the G-EO lower limb rehabilitation training robot for 8 weeks continuous treatment in hemiplegia with stroke, observa the effect of the balance and walking function of hemiplegia.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group. There are 30 cases in each group,2 groups of patients were treated with routine rehabilitation training method. The control group using the A1 to the upright position for lower limb stepped similar action without before entering the walk training. Once the patients after walking training will no longer use A1, Instead of regular walking training, once each day,30 minutes every time, five times a week, and trained 8 weeks. The experimental group without A1 and regular walking training, directly for eight weeks of the G-EO, once each day,30 minutes every time, five times a week, and trained 8 weeks before rehabilitation treatment respectively assess the Fugl-Meyer of lower extremity, Berg balance scale and tibialis anterior muscle, muscle tension of triceps surae. After 4 weeks,8 weeks rehabilitation treatment, the patient increase the testing of walk 100 foot clearance times and 10 meters walking speed test in addition the above evaluation.Results:1. Before the rehabilitation treatment, there was no significant difference of score (P>0.05)between these two groups of patients in FMA-LE、BBS. But after4 weeks,8 weeks, the score of the two groups of patients in FMA-LE、BBS has been improved significantly (P<0.05), meanwhile the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).2.Before the rehabilitation treatment, there was no significant difference (P>0.05) between the tibialis anterior muscle in patients with MMT, calf triceps modified Ashworth score of the two groups. After 4 weeks, the MMT and the modified Ashworth score of two groups of patients, has been improved significantly (P<0.05). Comparing the two groups, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). But after 8 weeks, the MMT score of the two groups were improved significantly (P<0.05),meanwhile the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).3. After 4 weeks of rehabilitation treatment, there was no significant difference (P= 0.38, P>0.38)between the clearance times and 10 m of two groups, after 8 weeks, the clearance score and 10 m also have been meliorated significantly (P<0.05), meanwhile the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionAfter eight weeks of the G-EO lower limb rehabilitation robot training, lower leg triceps muscle tension of the patients with hemiplegia can be reduced significantly, the strength of the tibialis anterior muscle can be improved obviously, that increase the patient’s foot clearance and walking speed, all of these reflect on the melioration of the balance function of the patients with hemiplegia and the improvement of the patients’walking function.
