The Observation On The Change Of Serum IL-1β And TNF-α With Auricular-plaster To Treat The Menopausal Sleep Disorders In Patients With Syndrome Of Stagnation Of Liver Qi

Purpose:Through the observation of clinical effect with auricular-plaster to treat the menopausal sleep disorders in patients with syndrome of stagnation of liver Qi, to explore the change of Serum IL-1β and TNF-a and its mechanism of action so that to guide the clinical treatment of menopausal sleep disorders and improve the healthy and quality of life.Method:We choosed 41 cases of the menopausal sleep disorders in patients with syndrome of stagnation of liver Qi and collected research object total diagnostic information and blood samples. Than we analysised the change of serum IL-1β、TNF-α、syndrome differentiation factor score of stagnation of liver Qi and PSQI with two months auricular-plaster treatment with the meridians line rule for the 41 cases.Results:(1) The difference of syndrome differentiation factor score of stagnation of liver Qi and PSQI was statistically significant (P<0.05);(2) PSQI score after auricular-plaster treatment the total effective rate was 60.98%; (3)The difference of Serum IL-1β was no statistically significant before and after auricular-plaster therapy (P=0.341);The difference of Serum TNF-α was statistically significant before and after auricular-plaster therapy (P=0.000);Conclusion:Auricular-plaster cooperated with the meridians line rule can improve the quality of the menopausal sleep disorders in patients with syndrome of stagnation of liver Qi and alleviate the symptoms of stagnation of liver Qi, one of the mechanism may be auricular-plaster regulate sleep related cytokines, such as reducing the content of TNF-α.
