The Clinical Observation Of Bushendingjing Decoction Combined With Auricular Plaster Therapy On Kidney Deficiency And Liver Stagnation Hypomenorrhea

Purpose:Through clinical observation oral administration of Bushendingjing decoc-tion conbined with auricular point sticking the safety and effect of the treatment of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation hypomenorrhea,and preliminary research,to clinical treatment of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation hypomenorrhea to provide a kind of effective method.Method: Selected included 72 hypomenorrhea patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation standard cases,8 cases of loss,64 cases in the group.patients were in December2014 to 2015 December in Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Bushendingjing decoction combined with auricular plaster therapy,and the control group was treated with Bushendingjing decoction treatment.20 days for a course of treatment,continuous of treatment,changes of symptoms and signa and menstruation before and after treatment were compared between two groups of clinical curative effect statistics.Result:After three courses of treatment,the treatment group of 32 cases,8 cases were cured,accounting for 25%;10 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 31.25%;9 cases were effective,accounting for 28.13%;5 cases were ineffective,account-ing for 15.62%;the total efficiency was 84.38%.The control group of 32 cases,2cases were cured,accounting for 6.25%;7 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 21.87%;13 cases were effective,accounting for 40.63%;10 cases were ineffective,accounting for 31.25%;the total efficiency was 68.75%.Treatment group and control group the clinical efficacy is significant difference,with statistical significance,indicat-ing that oral administration of Bushendingjing decoction combined with auricular plaster therapy is obviousily superior to the sigle oral administration of Bushendingjing decocti-on.Conclusion: Through clinical observation and contrast analysis,it is found that oral administration of Bushendingjing decoction combined with auricular plaster therapy treatment of idney deficiency and liver stagnation hypomenorrhea effect significantly and application is safe and reliable,no significant side effects,it is worth in clinical practice.
