Comparison Of Quality Of Life Between Two Chinese Patent Medicines Combined With DP Regimen In The Treatment Of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective :To explore the effect of Kang Ai injection and Ai Di injection combined with DP regimen chemotherapy on the quality of life of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),in order to provide some reference for clinical selecti on of reasonable auxiliary anti-cancer Chinese patent medicines.Methods :A total of 100 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(Qi-Yin deficiency type)who received DP regimen chemotherapy from December 1,2016 to January 30,2018 were randomly divided into Kang Ai group(Kang Ai injection combined with DP regimen)and Aidi group(Aidi injection combined with DP regimen),with 50 patients in each group.Quality of life,TCM symptoms and adverse reactions were assessed after 2 cycles of continuous treatment.All data were processed by SPSS19.0.Results :(1)Quality of life After treatment,the body function score(70.34±14.94)of Kang Ai group was higher than that of Aidi group(62.79±14.37),the overall health score(43.79±9.93)was lower than that of Aidi group(47.91±10.46),and the fatigue score(43.44±11.92)was higher than that of Aidi group(36.88±12.11)(P<0.05).(2)Comparing the improvement of TCM symptoms Compared with Kang Ai group,the improvement of symptoms of mental fatigue in Aidi group was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in improvement of digestive tract symptoms such as dementia,nausea and vomiting(P>0.05).(3)Toxic Reactions During the treatment period,there was no significant change in the incidence of bone marrow suppression above degree II in both groups,and no significant change in the incidence of renal dysfunction(P>0.05).The incidence of liver injury in Kang Ai group was lower than that in Aidi group(14.00% vs 34.00%,P=0.019).Conclusion :(1)Compared with Aidi injection,Kang Ai injection combined with chemotherapy can improve physical function,but in improving overall health and burnout symptoms,the effect of Kang Ai injection is not as obvious as Aidi injection.(2)Compared with Kang Ai injection,Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy can alleviate the symptoms of mental fatigue.(3)Compared with Aidi injection,Kang Ai injection combined with chemotherapy has less liver damage.
