Background This technique of simultaneous stereotactic localization of the subcortical lesion and its adjacent gyrus and sulcus,before surgical approach,make it possible to noninvasive live brain research.Using this powerful research techniques the morphology,positioning,various variation and the relationship between the structure of the human brain are researched by anatomist,and a series of valuable results are obtained.Over the past 20 years,a lot of knowledge from different disciplines are absorbed by brain science,which get rapid development.Especially adding the new field of computational science and mathematics make the research of brain science into the live quantitative analysis,mathematical modeling,virtual reality and visualization of the period.Postcentral gyrus is also known as block with postcentral gyrus which locate between in the central sulcus and the postcentral sulcus the continuous and constant central sulcus is its former world after the caudal bound for the central groove under and after the central channel. The furcal postcentral sulcus bag around the edge of the lateral side signs said bifurcate postcentral sulcus,the left hemisphere(88%),the right hemisphere(72%),about hslf of which arrived in lateral sulcus,intraparietal sulcus often starts its middle or top. The inferior of postcentral sulcus originate from lateral sulcus,ending at frontoparietal operculum where formatted a small notch.Functional brain research is based on the precise anatomic partition,positioning,and its¢ associated.An higher requiremements are also put forward for clinical diagnosis and treatment of minimally invasive brain structure.This study proposed using MRI imaging technology to research postcentral gyrus,looking forward to reveal the laws of morphology,spatial location,fender and side difference.Objective: The purposes of this study is to explore the morphology of postcentral gyrus on MRI base on AC-PC bassline. Building a three-dimensional stereotaxic data sets about postcentral grrus,concluded its projection in cross section and coronal plane.Reconstructed and visualize them for the imaging diagnosis and functional stereotactic neurosurgery,measure their tri-dimensional coordinates to guide the surgery treatment of tumors in the postcentral areas.Methods: 1. 20 males and 22 females brain healthy adult volunteers in diameter between the brain(AC-PC line) for scanning the baseline, the line transverse layer 2mm T1 MR scan. Microcomputer image data will be imported e Film3.4 workstation Dicom3.0 format.
