| Objective: On the base of reading the original fully, to Treatise on the spleen and stomach of Li Dongyuan include prescription information carefully, comprehensively arrangement and auxiliary statistics and calculation by modern technology, through the unifies of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the unifies of macroscopic and microscopic analysis and research all-round, multi-level, in order to acquire a number of significant prescriptions law in Treatise on the spleen and stomach of Li Dongyuan, accurately grasp the academic characteristics and uncover the basic rule of prescriptions for treat spleen and stomach disease, so as to provide more effective way to transmission school of medical thought of strengthing spleen and promote Li Dongyuan’s prescriptions application value.Methods:1 Selecting China press of traditional Chinese medicine of the first edition in January 2006 Treatise on the spleen and stomach as the research foundation, this version is a copy for Ancient and modern medical system is encyclopedia of arteries and veins by Wu Mianxue in Xinan, noted by Zhang Nianshun.2 Based on reading the original work, conduct a comprehensive, detailed regulate for the prescriptions’ name, druges, dosage, monarch drug, effection, attending and other relevant information and set up a document. All prescriptions involving total of 101 herbs. 8 songs using from other doctors, 55 songs created by Li Dongyuan himself.2 The situation of drug use: among the total 101 herbs,the most frequently used, as Zhigancao there are 33 prescription, followed by Chenpi in 30 songs, Renshen in 27 songs, Shengma and Baizhu in 24 songs, Astragalus and Danggui in 23 songd Chaihu in 20 songs Cangzhu in 15 songs, Fuling in 14 songs.In this herbs, Zhigancao, Renshen, Baizhu Astragalus with solution to lack the effect of qi, Shengma Chaihu and Cangzhu with boost yang-qi effect, Chenpi with regulate qi effect, Zhigancao Baizhu and Fuling with strengthening spleen effect. Five flavors use the highest frequency is pungent taken by 60 drugs, followed by bitter 40 drugs, sweet 36 drugs. Four natures use the highest frequency is worm taken by 46 drugs followed by cold 28 drugs and mild 20 drugs. Meridian tropism use the highest frequency is spleen taken by 53 drugs, followed by stomach by 45 drugs, liver by 40 drugs, lung by 39 drugs. The top 10 in maximum dosage of prescription is Shengyangchushifangfeng Decoction 185.94 g, Shenshengfuqi Decoction 48.99 g, Qingyang Decoction 40.49 g, Tiaowei Decoction 28.49 g, Shengjianghezhong Decoction 28.09 g, Tongqifangfeng Decoction 26.45 g, Qingshuyiqi Decoction 24.18 g, Mahuangrenshenshaoyao Decoction 23.3g, Huangqirenshen Decoction 21.8g, Yiwei Decoction 21.07 g. The 10 maximum dosage of prescription is Beiji Pill 0.08 g Xionghuangshengbingzi 0.2g Shenbao Pill 0.25 g Sanlengxiaoji Pill 1g, Shenying Pill 2.62 g, Sanhuang Pill, Caodoukou Pill, Muxiangganjiangzhizhu Pill, Hezhong Pill(1) Muxiangrenshenshengjiangzhizhu Pill 3g.
