Study On The Law Of Compatibility Between Zhang Zhongjing And Li Dongyuan In Using Coptis Chinensis

Objective:In order to clarify the compatibility and application rules of Coptis chinensis Franch,so as to provide a reference guide for clinical application,this paper mainly studies and summarizes the application rules of Coptis chinensis Franch through treatise on Febrile Diseases and miscellaneous diseases combined with Huanglian prescription in Li Dongyuan’s medical book.Method:Through the literature research method,this paper roughly combs the basic situation of ancient and modern Coptis research;through the original text analysis method,this paper analyzes the application law of Coptis in Treatise on Febrile Diseases;through the data mining of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform and the original text analysis method,this paper analyzes the application and compatibility law of Coptis in Li Dongyuan medical book.Result:Coptis chinensis can be used both orally and externally.When the dosage of Coptis chinensis is large,it is mainly for clearing heat and purging fire.When the dosage is small,it is mainly for regulating qi.When applying,it should be compatible according to the characteristics of pathogenesis.The typical compatibility rules of Coptis chinensis with Scutellaria baicalensis,Pinellia ternata,dried ginger,ginseng,Angelica sinensis,bupleurum and Magnolia officinalis are found.Conclusion:Remove the property and leave the effect is a major application feature of Coptis chinensis.In addition to excess heat syndrome,it can also be used under the pathogenesis of deficiency cold in spleen and stomach and less blood and fluid deficiency.On the basis of following Zhongjing’s idea,Li Dongyuan developed the compatibility of drugs for Invigorating Qi,regulating qi and removing dampness,nourishing yin and nourishing blood,and expanded the application of external treatment of Coptis.
