| Traditional Chinese medicine “Liang Toujian” is the rhizome of Anemone raddeana Regel(Ranunculaceae). Because of the effect is remarkable, we often used it for the treatment of rheumatism in the clinical. In this thesis, the inves tigation of chemicale onstituents and bioactivities of “Liang Toujian” are report-ed. The results are stated as below:1. After studying of the chemical constituents of Anemone raddeana Regel by using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), 21 compounds were isolated. All of them were elucidated by using the spectrum analysis technology and the physical and chemical analysis technology and by comparison with nuclear magnetic data. They were elucidated as: lupin alcohol(1), oleanolicacid(2), β-sitosterols(3), oleanolicacid-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside(4), raddeanoside R16(5), raddeanoside R18(6), hederacholichiside F(7), raddeanoside R9(8), raddea noside R8(9), hederasaponin B(10), linoleic acid(11), betulin(12), betulic acid(13), eleu-theroside K(14), oleanolicacid-3-O-α-L-rhamanopyranosyl-(1'2)-[β-D-gluc opyranos-yl-(1'4)]-α-L-arabinopyranoside(15), Raddeanin R2(16), oleanolicacid-3-O-α-L-rh-amanopyranosyl-(1-2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-4)]-α-L-arabi-nopyranoside-28-O-[O-α-L-rhamanopyranosyl-(1-4)-β–D-glucopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranosi de](17), raddeanin A(18), evonymitol(19), diosgenin(20), acetyloleamolic acid(21).2.Studied on the extraction and pure compounds from “Liang Toujian” of bioactivity.(1)Anti-tumor activity: a. screening at bioactivities about A549 lung cancer cells and Hep G2 human liver cancer; the results showed that the inhibitory ra-te of tumor of total raddeanoside was significant. b. The experiments on anim-als of compound 18(Raddeanin A); the results showed that it has a significant anti-tumor activity.(2)Antioxidant activity: The experiments of antioxidant activity about some extracts;the results showed compound 2 and compound 15 have antioxidant bioactivity. |
