Panax ginseng has long been known as an important medicinal resource and health food for thousands of years. In this article on chemical constituents of ginseng saponins study,we study on the optimal extraction technology of ginsenoside and polysaccharide, providing better technology base for the use of ginseng. Explore their preservation methods. Analysis chemical constituents changes of Schisandra compatible with ginseng by RRLC, To optimize technology demonstrated that RRLC-Q-TOF-MS provides a powerful tool to analyze the complicated matrices comprising a wide concentration range of diverse chemical structures. In this article we will providing bases for the rational use of ginseng resourcesTo optimize extraction technology of ginsenoside and polysaccharide providing better technology base for the use of ginseng. The extraction technology of ginsenoside and polysaccharide was optimized by the orthogonal test design with the content of ginsenoside and polysaccharide as evaluation indexes using ELIASA spectrophotometry. 95% ethanol, the liquid-solid ratio as 1:5 and 2 times of extraction to get ginsenosides, then the ginseng polysaccharide was extracted from the residue by adding 10 times volume of water. The extraction technology is suitable for the extraction of both ginsenoside and polysaccharide, providing bases for the rational use of ginseng resourcesTo establish Rapid resolution liquid chromatography (RRLC)) method for quantitative analysis of Schizandrin, Deoxyschisandrin, and Schisandrin B simultaneously. And to study the content variation of the decoction of Schisandra with ginseng for providing scientific basis of Chinese medicine. Experiment demonstrated the ratio of Schisandra and ginseng affected the decoction pH. During combination of Schisandra with ginseng, the content of Schizandrin, Deoxyschisandrin and Schisandrin,B were reduced. This method is rapid, accurate, reproducible, high sensitivity and suitable for quantative analysis of complex system of Schisandra and ginseng combination.Panax ginseng has long been known as an important medicinal resource and health food for thousands of years. Malonyl-ginsenosides are identified as a kind of interesting saponins in ginseng, which are unstable and de-malonylated upon heating. In this study, a rapid-resolution LC (RRLC, 1.8μm particle size) coupled with Q-TOF-MS method was developed to simultaneously characterize the normal ginsenosides and malonyl-ginsenosides in plant extracts of Panax ginseng. Both positive and negative ion modes were used to determine the molecular weight. Ginsenosides were identified by comparison with the tR of the standard compounds, the accurate mass, the isotopic ratio pattern, and the characteristic fragment ions obtained from RRLC-ESI-TOF-MS analysis. Experiment demonstrated that RRLC-Q-TOF-MS provides a powerful tool to analyze the complicated matrices comprising a wide concentration range of diverse chemical structures.Research the effects of ginseng and its processed products on anti-fatigue. Mice were randomly assigned and continuous administration for 15 days, then detect the six fatigue-related biochemical indicators. Compared with the control group, the mice of ginseng group had a higher content of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen, but the content of blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and lactic acid(LC)decreased; the mice of red ginseng group had a higher content of liver glycogen and Superoxide dismutase (SOD), but the content of LC and BUN decreased; the mice of high temperature red ginseng group had a higher content of liver glycogen, but the content of LC decreased. The results showed that the three types of ginseng all have anti-fatigue effects, and the ginseng is the most significant, which provides theoretical basis for the development of ginseng for functional food and drug research.
