Objective:To explore the expression levels of IL-6、IL-17a、IL-23 and TGF-β1 in peripheral blood and deciduas of the unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA), and examine the expression of IL-23R in deciduas of URSA.Method:A total of 30 patients participated in this study,18 patients in the URSA group and 18 normal pregnancy(NP) women who required artificialabortionoperation in the control group. Enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assay(ELISA) was performed to detect the expression levels of IL-6、IL-17a、 IL-23 and TGF-β1 in peripheral blood and deciduas. Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression of IL-23R in deciduas.Results:1. The levels of IL-6、IL-17a and IL-23 in peripheral blood respectively were (15.322±5.167) pg/ml、(42.619±6.247) pg/ml、 (25.267±6.249) pg/ml. The testing results were higher than that in the NP group, which respectively were (39.325±8.292)pg/ml、(22.263±4.476)pg/ml、 (12.639±2.630) pg/ml. The levels of TGF-β1 in peripheral blood was (11.086±2.932) pg/ml. The testing result was lower than that in the NP group, which was (19.268±4.080) pg/ml. Ther were significantly statistical difference (P<0.01).2. The levels of IL、IL-17a and IL-23 in deciduas respectively were (20.779±4.358) pg/ml、(48.758±5.158) pg/ml、(31.730±4.657) pg/ml. The testing results were higher than that in the NP group, which respectively were (38.032±5.878)pg/ml、(20.470±2.870) pg/ml、(13.866±2.903) pg/ml. The levels of TGF-β1 in peripheral blood was (10.991±3.149) pg/ml. The testing result was lower than that in the NP group, which was (19.793±4.455) pg/ml. Ther were significantly statistical difference (P<0.01).3. The expression of IL-23R was higher in URSA group (108.33±6.13) than NP group (84.07±5.63), with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:IL-6、IL-17、IL-23 and TGF-β may participate in the occurrence and development of URSA, and the IL-23 may become the new target of treating URSA.
