This paper studied on chemical constituents from water soluble components of processed products of radix Aconitum vilmoriniani Komarov. First of all, Industrial methanol was used for extracting the chemical constituents of the products of Radix Aconitum vilmoriniani. as an initial chemical result, 18 compounds were isolated by various chromatographic techniques from the water soluble components of processed products of Radix Aconitum vilmoriniani.On the 1D NMR、2D NMR and HRESIMS analyses, 8 compounds were confiremed, were identified as liquiritin(1), sucrose(2),3,4-dimethoxybenzoic acid(3), p-coumaric acid(4), liquiritigenin(5), formononetin(6), daidzin(7), daidzein(8).Secondly, in vitro screening antitumor activity of some compounds,which have been isolated from the water soluble components of processed products of Radix Aconitum vilmoriniani, by enhance the inhibitory experiment of SK-OV-3, A549,Hela. Among of them, compound 11 and compound 13 have a certain anti-tumor activity.Then, we were traced the source of some compounds, which have been isolated from the water soluble components of processed products of Radix Aconitum vilmoriniani, by high performance liquid chromatography. The liquiritin,liquiritigenin and ononin were sourced from Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Daidzin and daidzein were sourced from black beans.Finally, we summarized the research progress of plants resources, chemical compositions and pharmacological activities on the Aconitum by consulting the literatures.
