This thesis examines the chemical components in decoction of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata which belongs to Aconitum carmichaelii Debx. By the methods of normal phase silica gel, MCI, Sephadex LH-20, preparative thin layer chromatography, recrystallization,22compounds could be obtained through separation and purification. With spectrum and chemical method,14of these compounds have been identified and presented as follows:Adenosine(1), Hypoxanthine(2), Uracil(3), Uridine(4), Nicotinamide(5), Fuziline(6), Neoline(7), Subcusine(8), Isotalatizidine(9), Condelphine(10) and trans-Feruloyl-4-β-glucoside (11). For the moment, the formation of three new compounds, compound (12),(13) and (14) are being determined through the experiment of2D NMR. In addition, compound (1),(2),(4),(5) and (11) are separated from Aconitum carmichaelii Debx for the first time, and the others are being tested through NMR or in the process of formation identification.This research adopted UV-Vis spectrophotometry and GC-MS to analyze saccharide constituents in different processed products of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata and Aconitum Carmichaeli Debx., in an effort to provide a scientific basis for their clinical applications in Chinese medicine from the perspective of saccharide constituents.HPLC is first utilized in this research and helps to set up an adenosine content determination method for Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, which will offer a basis for studies on better control of the quality and chemical components of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, Aconitum Carmichaeli Debx. and its compound preparation.
