Objective: To test the change law of different gestational age neonatal serum phosphorus, calcium, alkaline phosphatase and 25-hydroxy vitamin D. To prevent premature metabolic bone disease. To provide clinical reference of early calcium and phosphorus. Methods: A total of 160 subjects of newborns are choosed from Shijiazhuang Fourth Hospital neonatal wards from November 2013 to February 2014(gestational age of 27-41 weeks, birth body quality of 850-4050g). The newborns are divided into three groups according to their’s gestational age. Group A includes a total of 56 cases for 27-34 weeks pregnant, including 21 cases of female and 35 cases of male. Group B includes a total of 68 cases for 35-36 weeks pregnant, including 24 cases of female and 44 cases of male. Group A and group B are the preterm groups. Group C,which is the full moon group, includes a total of 36 cases for 37-41 weeks gestation, including 19 cases of female and 17 cases of male. In this reseach, we detect the serum phosphorus, calcium, alkaline phosphatase(ALP), 25-hydroxy vitamin D(25OHD) of the three groups firstly. Secondly, we analyze the data with SPSS software. And then we test the change law of different gestational age neonatal serum phosphorus, calcium, alkaline phosphatase and 25-hydroxyl vitamin D.Results: The serum phosphorus content for group A is 2.34±0.63 mmol/L, comparison with group C 1.98±0.45 mmol/L, the difference was statistically significant. The serum phosphorus content for group B is 2.25±0.70 mmol/L, comparison with group C 1.98±0.45 mmol/L, the difference was statistically significant. The ALP of group A,B,C is respectively 188.08±69.32 U/L, 166.52±53.21 U/L and 135.91±44.40 U/L, with successively decreasing trend, and the difference between the three groups is statistically significant(P<0.05). Serum Ca of group A,B,C is respectively 2.15±0.38 mmol/L, 2.22±0.32 mmol/L and 2.23±0.22 mmol/L, by comparing between group B and group C, we can draw the conclusion that it is no significant difference(P>0.05). Vitamin D of group A,B,C is respectively 28.83±16.73 mmol/L, 26.59±10.53 mmol/L and 23.45±7.43 mmol/L, by comparing between group B and group C, we can draw the conclusion that it is no significant difference(P>0.05).The content of serum phosphorus, ALP of premature babies is negatively correlated with gestational age. The content of serum calcium, 25 OHD and gestational age has no obvious correlation.Conclusions:1 The smaller gestational age(the lighter weight) in preterm infants, the higher content of serum phosphorus. It shows that the smaller the gestational age, the higher phosphorus demand for bone development.2 The smaller gestational age(the lighter weight) in preterm infants, the higher content of ALP. It shows that the smaller the gestational age of premature infants, osteoblasts are more active, which is conducive to bone growth and development.3 The content of serum calcium, 25 OHD of different gestational age infantsis is relatively stable.4 To preventing of metabolic bone disease of premature infants, early reasonable supplement phosphorus has more clinical significance than calcium.
