ObjectiveThrough clinical small sample randomized controlled trials, objected and evaluating the safety and The curative effect in the patients with type 2 diabetes tried by the Prescription of Regulating Cardinal, and objectively making analysis of the possible mechanisms, and then discussing the role and value orientation of Chinese medicine at the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.MethodsThe 67 people which Will be eligible for included conditions with of mild type 2 diabetes were gave with a random number, and then be divided into treatment group including 32 people and control group with 35 patient. Treated group and the control group of people with diabetes let know the healthy education. Refer to 《Chinese Prevention Guide in 2013 for type 2 diabetes》, designing and implementation of living and diet standards as follows:① 3 meals a day, try to time quantitative and qualitative intake fat content of <30% of the low-fat diet,cholesterol intake should be controlled more stringent about<300mg/d; the energy provided by carbohydrates should total 50% to 60% of energy; recommended intake protein of accounted for 10% to 15% of total energy, patients with slight reduced renal function shall be reduced protein intake; and fiber intake up to greater than or equal to 14 g/k cal energy;② for not less than 150 minutes per week of moderate intensity aerobic sports or above; not allowed of smoking and drinking, smoking shall not more than five cigarettes a day, alcohol intake may not exceed 10 g/day ③ Of which 35 people in the control group, given the diet intervention as the basis and tall oral medicine Glucophage 0.5g, tid; 32 people were incorporated treatment group, the same use of live diet intervention as the basis and take oral medicine Glucophage 0.5g, tid, and apozem combined with Banxiaxiexin Tang Xiaochaihu Tang, Sini Powder orally. After 84 days of treatment, comparing the the two groups patients with glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc), glucose before meal(FPG),2-hour after meal blood glucose (2hPG), clinical symptom score changes. Testing all data collected with statistical software SPSS18.0, before and after treatment comparing the date within the same group using a paired samples t-test; before and after treatment comparing the dates between the two groups using the independent samples test,; count data using cross-table test,if P<0.05, the difference had been considered having with statistically significant.Results1、The FBG\PBG\HBA1C of all people in the trial lower mostly after treatment. The differences within group had very outstanding statistical meaning (P<0.01), the differences among groups had not statistical remarkable meaning (P> 0.05); 2. After treatment, clinical symptoms had a remarkable improvemeng, the differences had very statistically sense (P<0.01); 3, the symptoms of the people in the treatment group advance more remarkable than in the control group, the differences had a very statistically meaning (P <0.01); 4,blood test analysis, kidney functions test, liver test functions showed no significant differences before and after treatment. All people had no serious adverse reactions.Conelusion1. Regulating Cardinal Recipe reduce type 2 diabetes glycemic index (FBG \PBG\HBA1C) does not have a clear advantage, but the symptoms in a significant great improvement in clinical,the patient can adjust the state organs function, have a good day, diabetic complications may be prevented or delayed the occurrence and development,and ultimately achieve sick sickness role; 2. The disorders of Cardinal (yin pivot Shao Yin and Yang pivot Shao yang, pivot central stomach) are an important pathological machining in type 2 diabetes; 3.the way Regulating Cardinal was a treatment Dafa for Chinese medicine.
